「My room was very clean and was grateful for the access to a small shared kitchenette with fridge and freezer facilities, given my 1wks stay. Lovely and friendly staff. Great views from my window. Def recomment and will stay in again. 」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
