"While the actual hotel stay was good it was disappointing that the property was unable to be flexible with a booking error, while it was my mistake booking the wrong dates when I tried to correct this within 24h the property was unwilling to re-schedule or cancel the booking made in error leaving me with a 2nd booking was unable to use."

"Woburn is gorgeous. If you want to get away from internet and phone connections: this is the place. The hotel is right in the heart of the village with plenty of free car parking spaces. It’s beautiful. We arrived on a bank holiday and it was very busy. With no internet, we couldn’t use remote check in, but we didn’t have to wait long. Our room was large, bright and clean and the bed was really comfortable. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. The restaurant was ok (lovely staff and surroundings but with food choices better on our first night than on the second where most items were not available). We’ve had many better meals in that price range."

"Can't fault the hotel, WiFi was strong, TV worked, shower was great, Aircon was great, beds were very comfortable, it was clean and best location for MK Marathon weekend! Honestly can't fault it and waiting to book again for next year"

"Convenient and well priced accommodation. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There was parking near each accommodation block. The lift wasn't working in the Heron building. There is a covered walkway from there to the main building where food is served. Signage is not brilliant, especially when you arrive in Heron building from the main building (no signs to direct you to the lift or stairs, no indication that numbers starting 100 are upstairs on first floor). It would have helped if reception staff had explained things a little more, but they seemed more used to dealing with repeat guests."

"Older style accommodation that has had a face-lift but the carpet in the hallway wa patchy and not joined. Could see the the floor underneath. Reported an issue with the safe to reception who said they would organise a fix but did not. Room not cleaned, or beds made or amenities replaced during stay. Check in and out was quick and easy, room was spacious."

"All was great except for the room. The Staff were really lovely and dinner and breakfast were great. The car parking was fine and convenient to the rear entrance. The room was Room 12, right at the top, on the 3rd or 4th Floor. It was not the room we saw when booking on line at Hotels.com as that room had 3 beds in it. The single beds were very small, there was no chair and only 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The main thing however was the smell !!! We eventually found out it was coming from the drain in the shower, so even with the velux window in the bedroom open it was overpowering."

"Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Were using the accessible room which was very spacious for a wheelchair user. Bonus breakfast with cereals and toast tea coffee and orange juice. Ample parking convenient for M1 and our 1 night stopover."
