「Rua Augusta exceeded our expectations. We were in the England suite. Was the perfect size. Modern. Very, very clean and well laid out. Finishes were high end. Washer/Dryer combo was very convenient and the location was perfect. Will definitely book here again.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「Great property, location and staff」

「The location was great. Right in the center of town and modern. When we checked in there was a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The cleanliness was also not up to par. When we initially brought attention to the cleanliness. Even with pictures and evidence the communication and attitude of the staff was not great and to be worked on.」

「Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops」

「A clean comfortable room near shopping, restaurants and people-watching sites. No parking nearby but free parking accessible with a walk. A nice retreat from the busy city.」

「Entering the room was the only issue as the provided code did not work initially, but the host quickly resolved the issue. Property was very clean and could comfortably host up to 3 guests. Some beverages and snacks were provided as well. Very close to the city center and just a short drive from the airport.」
