「There were definitely some things that needed to be fixed. The walls had obvious patches. The tub- you could only use the shower as the water wouldn’t come out of the faucet and the plug didn’t work well. There appeared to be some old toothpaste on the wall near the sink. The little headrest on the couch was partially broken. We had to ask for a coffee pot as there wasn’t one in the room not sure if it was removed for cleaning as the other coffee goodies were in there. Breakfast was...

「Would have thought extra towels, linens, pillows and blankets were in room for the pull out couch and number of people staying. Was disappointed that all we had was more than half roll of toilet paper and a full roll. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative about our stay , breakfast and pool, etc.」

「The room was poorly cleaned. In fact, I would not walk barefoot on those floors. I requested to have the room cleaned and they supposedly did. I went back to the room and it was still the same. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom door from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the hotel. The room was supposedly cleaned three times during my stay, yet the long very visible hair was never removed. Overall dirty, the elevator floors were also very dirty.」

「Reception staff and kitchen and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Purchasing drinks throughout our stay was easy and convenient. Breakfast and coffee in the morning and bar in the evening was very nice. The rooftop bar is beautiful but seemed like hardly anyone was using it when we checked it out. Would be nice if it was open later than 9:00 on the weekdays though. Overall a good location and nice hotel」

「The location was great; the lobby was really nice, the outside area was really nice, the rooms were good size with queen size beds and a chair and desk and extra chair, small but clean bathroom and hallway. Check in and out was very easy. Will be staying here again!」

「We were in the perfect location to see Folly Beach, Downtown Charleston, and Mount Pleasant! The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly! We enjoyed our stay here!」

「When I checked in, they didn't tell me there would be a charge for parking or location fee. I had a running toilet for 2 days. I went to the front desk twice, and it's still running. No hand towels available. First morning breakfast orange juice ran out.There was no milk.」
