Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas
Matress was horrible and was sunken in. We got them to change mattresses after the first night. They were supposed to refund us $250 for the problem and never did.

The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
Beautiful property. Room was cleaned well daily. Service was terrible at the pool restaurant. We paid a high daily rate for a room that was basically in the basement. Chickens and roosters were very loud and aggressive.

We do our homework & this hotel was as expected this not being our first Caribbean trip. Most of the staff met our expectations by being friendly & responsive.
