「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」

「Very clean and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and place is quiet. Conveniently located. Area in lobby is limited to grab and go items, but is offered 24/7 and free: includes coffee, tea assortments, hot cocoa and multiple juices, plus water. Friendly staff. Bathroom is small, but if only staying a few days, its doable. Waterfall showerhead was really a nice touch, though. Would stay again. 」
