"The staff are amazing and I felt very welcomed and safe I travel a lot in an around the Winnipeg Airport hotels and this one I would say overall is a 3 1/2 because it’s starting to show it’s where and the beds are not as comfortable as a Hilton, but the staff were very friendly We had a king suite which had plenty of room The staff were very accommodating of our extra request for additional bedding and towels The continental breakfast was your essentials with the eggs, actually decent and normal tasting hot sausage and potatoes with a couple of choices of cereal, breads, yogurt, and waffle station The pool is a bit smaller and the slide not as tall as we were expecting, but the kids had fun and the gym is basic The only odd part was the lounge/VLT area for people coming in going that weren’t necessarily staying at the hotel The location was very convenient off of berry near Wellington "

"The room was clean. I was there because it is close to the airport."

"I've stayed in this hotel many times but was stuck in the central rooms (605) and all I heard was the stupid elevators going all night. Luckily, I was very tired from a long day. Just make sure if you stay they, be in the outside rooms."

"Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning."
