"This hotel is new and lovely. Kitchen with dishwasher and full washer and dryer is heaven. Easy walk up the hill to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. FYI you can use the bottom floor back entrance and skip walking the hill and use the elevator. You learn quickly. Easy bus acccesss from hotel to get to cute other neighborhoods. Overall we enjoyed walking a lot. Woolworth grocery store not crazy close but easy 15 min walk. Highly recommend. Bed very comfortable and shower terrific. A+"

"We had five one bedroom apartments for this one night stay before we headed home overseas - they were perfect! Exactly what we needed for a peaceful sleep after a week of camping - rooms were all exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed (including washing machine and dryer!). Checkin was flawless - again, reception staff are so friendly and helpful. "

"I booked this motel for my family who were visiting Auckland to spend Christmas with me, and I was hoping to find somewhere close to the ocean, as we all love the beach. From the moment I made the booking, the motel owner contacted me and suggested a suite with separate sleeping areas, which was perfect for our family and gave us extra space. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful — they even allowed early access so I could decorate the suite for Christmas and surprise my family. The motel is just a few minutes from a beautiful beach and a lovely café, both of which we visited many times during our stay. This place is incredibly welcoming and relaxed, truly a home away from home. We loved everything about it and will definitely be returning again and again. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. It was a wonderful experience, and we will always cherish the special memories we made here. Thank you so much xx"

We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! We were so extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location right in main Devonport a one minute walk to the ferry which we took everyday downtown."

"Great place to stay in Mission Bay, close to the beach and cafes. Easy trip into Auckland CBD too. Great accommodation, unmanned but communication is good with emails to tell us how to get in etc Definitely would stay here again! "
