We got to the hotel past 3PM but front desk said our room was not ready yet. We waited for an hour to get checked in. The pool was fun for the kids but there were no towels! You have to go to the front desk to ask for some towels. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was not a one time thing. ...

Residence Inn By Marriott St. George
Checked in with front desk and was given a late checkout of 1:00 pm. Around 11:30 as I was in the shower someone entered my room and told me I was not allowed to be in there anymore. Very big problem
