"Great stay at a hotel that has a lot of character. The main areas and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable; the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, generally accommodating. I especially loved the ability to walk downtown (it was about a 20 minute walk to the arch). That said - it is in a slightly quieter area (no convenience stores or grocery stores all that close). All that said, I would stay here again without reservation.
One thing I would note was that the amenities of my room were a bit off (nothing catastrophic, but minor nuisances). The toiletries were basically empty in the bathroom and I would have called down to request more, but the phone in my room was inoperable. Also, the TV would not connect to any sort of streaming (despite me spending an hour troubleshooting). Again, not a big deal whatsoever, but just a couple notes for the management. Thank you for an overall wonderful stay!"

6/10 Okay
"The staff was amazing. The room smelled very musty, there was not hand soap in the bathroom, and not enough towels. When I asked for more towels they said they all were at the pool."
"Our stay was okay.
I was disappointed that the hotel held $236 for a deposit, although it was supposed to be $50 per day. We only stayed from March 27 to March 29. I didn't like that we only received 2 towels and found the toilet paper to be rough like sandpaper.
Additionally, the parking garage was very limited and difficult to access. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent.
If you stay here bring a pack of toilet paper.
The pool is closed
We didn't know their pool was closed until we arrived, as Expedia hasn't filtered out this hotel for lacking a working pool and I didn't pay attention when booking. "
"You could tell that the hotel was dated and there were some features that needed replaced. The faucet in the tub was extremely hard to turn on and off and the toilet paper holder was loose. "
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western again"
"Excellent place to stay on our trip West. Rooms are amazing and spacious, great river view. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good, safe location and much to do. Easy parking and very friendly staff. Great restaurant choices. We will be back."
