「clean rooms. Beautifull resort 」

「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. 「Nicely renovated Colorado Springs motel with some very unique features. Room had very comfortable beds and linens, updated design, and some fun decor touches. Nice view of the mountain range. Common areas were fantastic - large lobby and lounge with many sofa and armchair seating areas with TV viewing. Pool table, bar, provisions store, continental breakfast, and fantastic coffee. 「Comfortable and good staff」

「Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. 」

「The staff is helpful and friendly, the setting is beautiful, there is a LOT of tourist shopping just across the street. The hotel itself was very quiet- we were never disturbed by the sounds of other guests. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a beautiful hotel in a lovely historical city!」
