「I booked a room through Expedia for the jetted tub. It did not work. Rm 201. I would contact them first if you are seeking rooms with whirlpools」

「Price is relatively cheap. Rooms are large enough. Nice breakfast. Good service. Pillows have strange smell, some stains on quilt. Found a spider on the nightstand.」

「The pool was the only reason this hotel was chosen; all other hotels with pools were booked. Upon arrival, people were sitting outside and the pool was out of order. Should be required to list any amenities that are not usable on booking site.」

「This is an older hotel that is getting upgrades. Beds are the most comfortable beds I haven't ever slept on, no lie. Hot tub and pool are heated/cooled perfectly. If you have the chance, get the executive suite, room 201 or 202. Unbelievably the largest room ever and a balcony overlooking the atrium pool area. Breakfast was included and coffee was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! ❤️」

「Room not clean, hallway and stairwell and elevator not clean, no shampoo dispenser, filthy shower curtain, dirty fork on bathroom floor, smoke detector covered with plastic shopping bag, bugs on hallway carpet」

「Wanted to upgrade my stay but couldn't do it threw the app, lady behind the counter helped me out tremendously and when the upgrade had ac unit not working they moved me to another room and were more then helpful and major upgrade was giving, I recommend this place and there staff」

「The hotel is in a good location and close to the highways. Staff barely makes eye contact with you especially the front desk staff that wouldn’t acknowledge you due to her being on her cell phone. Suite was nice, but shower backs up and shelves in tub are falling down. Half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was off due the holiday and garbage just sat in the hallways by room doors. Not worth the nearly $200 a night charge.」
