"Very pretty ground close to Sandwich Marina & 5 miles to Dandy Neck Beach. Room was cool & clean when we arrived, food choices good on breakfast included. Very reasonable price for holiday weekend would recommend this Hotel."

"Beautiful setting with small pound with swans and ducks. Porch in back could use a good power wash. Pool was closed also. But we enjoyed it anyway and would recommend it to others."

"We loved that the motel was near the beginning of the Cape we did a lot of traveling up the Cape but these were only short excursions. Overlooking the marshland was a plus as well as having a direct view of sunsets. Also, having the private patio was wonderful. The only thing we would recommend would be to have a large sign on the road."
