"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "

"I have stayed at this property before. Don't believe I'll stay here again. The check in was fine and the room was clean. I know it is an older place but for the price point it was fine. Then tried to turn on the TV, it didnt work. It was 930 pm, so it wasnt much of a bother. After that, I started to look at other things. A shower that was confusing to operate, shoddy drywall repairs, no hangars on the closet rod, curtains that wouldn't close enough to block the very bright lights outside, and other little things. There was alson no vending on the property, and when asked, the night manager just said "they took it". No other way to get a soda or a snack except to walk a block to a convenience store. But, at least it was clean. "

"The shower was filthy and the toilet was clogged. The staff seemed unconcerened when i told them. I only stayed 1 night and didnt find the issues until the morning. "

"We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and we felt at ease throughout the duration of our stay. The housekeeping staff ensured we had everything we needed, and everyone who worked there were so friendly. We would stay there again. "
