「Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty.」

「The staff need to be more prepared for big events! Had to wait over 2 hours to get a clean room! Also they need to not let some people have rooms until the 1st people that have checked in get a room!」

「Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone.」

「Room was clean and beds comfortable. After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. Took her a half hour to get some eggs and semi frozen in the middle...

「When I booked my reservation for myself and a room price on what I was shown I was looking for was one of the suites what we got was a normal king size bed in a regular room I ask about the rate they say they were full up, and I guess their rates are variable depending on how full they are and of course we paid the top rate for a regular room that one we were supposedly getting」

「It gets the job done if you’re just wanting a place to crash that is cheap but it’s not the cleanest place and there is a foul odor when I first entered the room. Also there was garbage in the hall next to the ice machine.」

「The front desk staff was so friendly the main problem I have is just my opinion only is location and the beds are horrible in this chain hotel. Much better and cheaper stay at Drery in Lincoln.」

「Pool was closed for renovation which was not known on booking. We came down for an event and were under the impression that hotel parking was for hotel guests and got there to find out all the parking was completely full. Nothing was communicated before that parking needed to be reserved my husband had to drive around to find parking and walk back to the hotel.」
