「A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality. 」

「I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. 「Wonderful staff. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom needed renovation but was spotless. Delicious breakfasts, great choice on offer and all freshly cooked. Dinner was equally good and again wonderful service. Would stay again 😊」

We had one minor problem - water would not drain from the bathroom basin but after a call to reception, this was sorted out immediately.
