"This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor."

"A very excellent stay, great private location and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has great facilities especially for wellness which is rejuvenating.
