「They responded well to concerns and issues effectively, which was the best part. Housekeeping was efficient and the food from room service met the expectations. I hope all the rooms are non-smoking, as some non-smoking rooms still had a noticeable smoking smell.」

「The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t...

「This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.」

「Personeel is beleefd. Ze proberen je zo goed te helpen. De locatie is de hele dag open, en het personeel is grotendeels op de dag aanwezig. Bij stroomuitval hebben ze het snel opgestart met hun generator. Echter was er schimmel in de kamer en is het is de deur niet goed, alles in de hal is duidelijk te horen.」
