"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen."

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though...

"es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "

"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."
