「This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. There were no menus, no prices on display, and ultimately no transparency — which meant the final bill arrived as a rather unpleasant surprise. Yes, I know I should’ve...

「Very good」

「This unique property is an oasis of tranquility and green space. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Great gym and location excellent for high End shopping and great restaurants. Staff were professional, attentive and great to engage in conversation to learn more about Antwerp.」

All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! 」

The room itself looked nice and the staff were really helpful. The only saving grace was the self service laundry across the...

「Great」

「Mooie kamer. Schoon. Aardig personeel. Leuke buurt. Goed bereikbaar met OV.」

「非常好的地理位置，设施也特别好。虽然酒店有点年头了可是各项设施维护的也不错」

「They recently was bought a couple months before my stay, and they were changing the locks to the rooms, so I was not able to use the laundry room. Besides that, i enjoyed my room. I suggest bringing your own hair dryer - the one they provide takes long too dry.」
