"The Good Stuff:Our family had a fantastic time utilizing the hotel's amenities. The outdoor pools and hot tub were a major hit and provided an excellent, fun vibe for everyone. The property is incredibly kid-friendly and packed with great outdoor yard games like cornhole, giant connect four, and shuffleboard that kept the kids fully entertained. They also have standard amenities like a fitness center on site. The poolside furniture is top-notch, featuring highly comfortable sun loungers, a perfect place to relax after a dip in the pool or hot tub. Additionally, the on-site Osprey Restaurant & Bar was absolutely great—the food was delicious, and eating out on the riverside patio next to the fire pits was a highlight of our trip. Logistically, the hotel hits all the right marks with free Wi-Fi, free parking, a completely smoke-free environment, and full wheelchair accessibility.The Only Downside:The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the hotel's misleading marketing (which has been updated). They heavily advertise a beautiful new infinity pool, but it was under construction during our stay. There was absolutely no warning about the construction on the booking page or website, which was highly frustrating since we paid full price expecting that specific amenity.Overall, it’s a wonderful, high-value property for families—just make sure to call ahead and confirm that all the advertised pools are actually open before you book!"

"The stay was wonderful the only issues, my family had was the sliding glass door was very hard to open and close due to it needing some maintenance and the lack of options for the breakfast as all the meat options where pork only and the eggs where not cooked all the way, this caused all of us to have stomach problems each day we ate it. The swimming pool and hot tub were great, the beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel and the rooms were roomy. The staff were super friendly and nice and super helpful. It was over all not a bad place to stay at. I would stay there again."

"Clean room, Milk and cookies in the evening, and as always great breakfast. Scrambled eggs this morning, home fries, sausage patties and I found some crispy bacon in the pile 😃. But, what no one else has, the best cinnamon rolls."

"A wonderful historic hotel and the modernization of the hotel was top notch without losing the charm from the early 1900’s. The hotel is walking distance from the Riverside park downtown. They are creative with offering breakfast for free from a local excellent restaurant and free parking options. Totally recommend!!"
