"The positive first. The large atrium, lobby was large and able to handle family meeting spot to visit. The hotel was a meeting place for our families traveling in from different cities. They did provide water in lobby on one day, Sunday. Our stay was for 3.5 days. On first day our room have one bath towel. There were two adults! Day two I requested another bath towel and additional plastic cups and coffee pods. These items were never provided. On 3rd day I personally stopped a room maid servicing rooms to ask for assistance. This was after she passed our room door with a note on door requesting service!, placed on 2 nd day of our stay! Many hotels offer coffee in lobby also. This hotel has only a Starbucks. And a very big issue was this room was on top floor of our section of hotel. Right out one window was a very large soffit light that was big and bright all the dark hours. Yes, there were blackout curtains, but they were not very effective. I wish this issue had been mentioned when renting room. At least a caution that there were bright night lights in the area!"

"The doors were dirty but he floors were dirty going in the doors. The room stink when I got in he bed I started to itch had to get out of it take a shower and then I used my sleeping bag and I didn’t itch no more. Coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Very unpleasant stay for 90 dollars"

"Bathroom was dirty, especially the floor around the toilet. Baseboards falling off. Had to tighten the toilet seat so we didn't fall off. Needs a remodel badly "

"Poolside rooms had a nice porch with turf. The pool area was beautifully situated on the river. They are building a new pool. New go to Spokane hotel."

"Hotel did not match the photos or expectations set on Expedia. Room was dark, outdated, and had a musty odor. The carpet was old and unclean, and overall the property is worn down and poorly maintained. The AC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there is a freight train directly behind the hotel, loud enough that the hotel provides guest rooms with ear plugs! The bed was overly soft and dingy. There was only a rough sheet and an extremely thin cover that barely functioned as a comforter. No proper blanket was provided. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The elevator was very small and clearly very old. This property is not a hotel. It is more like an older motel or motor lodge, with room doors opening directly to an outdoor courtyard. The biggest issue was safety and location. Downtown Spokane in this area felt unsafe, especially late at night, with a significant homeless presence nearby. Parking was off-site a couple blocks away, requiring me to drag luggage through the streets close to midnight. Overall, the property felt rundown and insecure enough that I ended up placing a chair and luggage against the door while trying to sleep. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely worried about cleanliness and left hoping I didn't bring home bed bugs. I arrived around midnight and checked out as soon as the sun rose the next morning. I could not leave fast enough. Beware...this is not Ruby Suites Hotel or the Ruby River Hotel!!!"
