Non mi è stata data la suite che avevo prenotato. La camera non aveva il phon, non c’era il frigo, non c’erano gli accappatoi, non c’era l’acqua di benvenuto, non aveva prese e interruttori in parte al letto e a colazione se vuoi un caffè o cappuccino lo devi pagare a parte. Decisamente non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Unica nota positiva la sauna.

Très mauvaise expérience.

Les propriétaires sont irrespectueux et mentent sur les chambres disponibles pour vendre leur suites car ils savent qu’il n’y a pas d’autre hôtel dans les environs. Ils ont été exécrable à l’enregistrement car nous avions réservé via hôtels.com plutôt que directement avec eux. J’ai failli annuler ma réservation mais malheureusement je ne pouvais plus. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que sur le descriptif, notre chambre qui devait faire 18m2 en faisait 12,5m2 nous avons mesuré (oui nous avions un mètre ruban avec nous). Nous n’avons dès lors pas su y installer un lit bébé à défaut de place. Notre bébé a donc dormi avec nous dans le lit autant dire qu’on a très mal dormi. Au petit dej faut se jeter sur la nourriture car c’est rarement voir pas du tout renouvelé. Ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix.
