「Staff was VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Checking was supposed to be at 2 pm. We have to wait until 4pm. The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian. When questioned, apparently our room was the only one not ready. The receptionist was also arrogant and all of her answers or comments came with a nasty attitude. As an American, I...

「We enjoyed our stay there and the property is gorgeous but the building could do a bit of an upgrade. THe rooms need an update but the hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. One thing I noticed is that if the eggs run out for breakfast they do not refill them. So go early as the only hot part of the breakfast is the scrambled eggs and they disappear quickly.」

Enzo and the rest of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay in Maiori memorable! It was the perfect location to have a retreat away from the chaos of the busier Amalfi coast towns (like Positano or Amalfi) but be close enough to only be a quick ferry or bus ride from anything you wanted to see...

「This was such a great find! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, we visited other cities in the coast and Maiori was definitely the best to stay at, there’s things to do and many great places to eat nearby without the craziness of the busier cities. Our room was very nice, it was a block away from the beach and was very well kept. The breakfast was also very delicious.」

「There were a lot of ants in the room. The room is literally next to the road so it's pretty noisy with the cars passing by. The bathroom door didn't close fully. Access to the pool is not free. The bed was comfy. the check in/out process is simple. The location is good, about 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel stal if very helpful. Not a terrible experience, but not the best either for the price」
