「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓不難找到由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡有非常古式的電梯民宿內共有五間房間住的非常寬敞也很乾淨有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點但到傍晚就有許多餐廳開始營業餐飲有很多選擇比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳附近也有許多商店可以閒逛但不會營業到太晚週圍環境很寧靜舒適」

「鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。」

「It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre.」
