「Very clean and accommodating to my personal needs. Only gripe is was told I was getting a room. With a king size bed. However it was actually 2 queen beds. Not too terrible. But worth mentioning nonetheless. 」

「Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,」

「I didn't care for the odor in the reception area and hallways. I think it was because I believe the workers were smoking out front. There was a numerous amounts of cigarette butts outside in the front. They were everywhere— on the cub and all over the decorative rocks only near the handicap parking. We had to move from room 424 to 418 because the outlet was faulty. The ladies at the front desk were congenial and helpful in allowing us to switch rooms.」
