"Very basic and dated yet it was lower cost so it’s a trade off. The front desk was great; the breakfast buffet was just average compared to other competitors in Cookville. The room smelled a bit like dogs had stayed there previously. Very quiet which was a positive. Lights were out or broken. Coffee maker below average. Bathroom was good but there were three tissues left and no new box ready in room. Three stories and elevator was fast yet the UP - DOWN lights were busted out. We would probably not stay again unless there were no good alternatives. Suggest they invest back into the business and bring it up to a more modern, clean look. "

"My stay here was absolutely awful. I specifically requested a first-floor room when making my reservation, but upon arrival I was placed on the third floor. I was told there were no first-floor rooms available, despite the parking lot being nearly empty. During my five-day stay (Monday through Friday), I received no housekeeping or room service at all. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly the entire time, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, on the final day, the TV stopped working completely due to what appeared to be a cable or internet outage—so no television either. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was also very disappointing—exact same low-quality options every day: turkey patties, artificial eggs, and waffles. Overall, this was not even close to a good hotel experience. There are far better places to stay. I would not return."

"The breakfast was okay. The staff keeping breakfast items full was excellent. She was also super friendly and attentive. My disappointed areas were: the area was a bit crowded, the syrup for the waffles was in a bottle which patrons had a tendency to take to their table. Sausage was good, eggs, not So good. Our room was clean, style was 1950ies, brought me back to my childhood. Parking was efficient. Staff very friendly Would I stay there again, probably not. "
