Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "Ein tolle Unterkunft im Frankenwald: alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Unsere Hunde waren sehr willkommen und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker, die Auswahl war toll. Gerne wieder!"

"Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!"
