「It’s a nice place to stay at when having to spend the night or two at the airport. Nothing special about the guest rooms other than the very good noise mitigation materials in use - you don’t hear airport noises.」

「Good! Nothing to complain」

「It is very good for everything.」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. 「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「I'm living in the pods. Ventilation could be improved.」

「Nil」

「I respect the building was historic and that the decoration will be a bit old. However the WiFi connection was bad and I can only connect in the lobby. The hotel staff are also not enthusiastic in attending to guests’ requests. A lot of times you have to remind them for a couple of times before they will respond.」
