「We paid extra for a river view room and we were put in a room on the bottom floor where it’s impossible to see the river because of the bushes. It would have been nice to know this when booking and paying extra that you can only see the river if you are on the third floor or higher. Felt kind of ripped off and false advertising. 「Check in was smooth and quick. Room was clean..floor squeaked very bad in a couple of spots. Bathroom was small and awkward. No complementary breakfast at this location. Overall a decent place for a short stay.」

「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」
