「Die Unterkunft ist an einer großen Durchgangsstraße mit separatem Eingang und privaten kostenlosen Parkplätzen unter dem Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Verständigung konnte mittels englisch, spanisch und gebrochenem deutsch gehalten werden. Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet (außer Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar-zu warm im Zimmer-25 Grad) moderne Badezimmer, Frühstück reichhaltig, für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Würde ich wieder buchen und empfehlen. 」

「Chauffeuring between airport and IBIS Malpensa is so problematic that it takes more than 30 minutes to wait for the bus, and also sometimes seats are not enough leaving hotel for T1 as it has to take passengers from Novotel. 」

「We stay in the motel room for 1 night. The carpark space is very convenient, right in front of of our room. The sound isolation not very good but acceptable. Restaurants (till midnight) and supermarket (till 9pm )nearby. Driving distance to MXP around 15 mins. Breakfast okay. Overall, price and location are excellent. 」

「The service there wasn't very good as the staff were too busy, when l first arrived l couldn't see any people there, l had to wait for almost half and hour until the staff showed up.」
