「Excellent and attentive staff! Air conditioning could use an update」

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「Stanza non adeguata al livello dell’hotel. Umida e fredda, se si spegneva l’aria condizionata si bagnava il soffitto. Abbiamo dormito in lenzuola completamente umide. Dovevamo pernottare solo una notte, altrimenti avrei richiesto un cambio stanza. Disponibilità ma non troppa: abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio anche dopo il check-out ma ci è stato negato per l’arrivo di altri ospiti, peccato che il check-in è alle 15 e noi l’avremmo ripresa alle 14.」

「If I could give Villa Crespi 20 stars, I would! 🌟 We have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but Villa Crespi has completely redefined hospitality for us. We left feeling genuinely cared for—and perhaps a little spoiled for every hotel that comes after! From arrival, every detail was effortless. We were welcomed with cold water, the staff arranged our anniversary dinner, drove us there, escorted us inside to explain that we were their guests and mention my dietary restrictions, then returned to...
