「I will start by saying we arrived at night, which may have impacted our opinion of the property. The property is an old castle and it presents as one, specifically at night. Lots of unused space, makes part of the property feel empty. We had some confusion around dining, and the availability of dinner service, making it a bit confusing. 「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「Deck for drinks. Excellent Clean room although tub might leak a bit Pleasant and helpful staff Shops close by」

「Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.」

「De accomodatie was goed. Nieuwe zwembad was prachtig! Voor de kleine kinderen zagen we dat er genoeg te doen was. 「The hotel is located on the lakeside road in Lago Maggiore, approximately 4.5 kilometers from Arona city center. Ample free parking is available, and transportation is convenient. Our lake-view terrace room offered beautiful lake views. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, and a generous buffet breakfast was served.」
