「Very clean」

「Hotel was 1st class. A real little gem. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner were a delight,good was fresh and plentiful, replenished every when items got low. Bucks fizz for breakfast and the coffee was so good Staff in dinning room were so helpful and attentive and kept the restaurant in tip top. Gabriela the duty manager was so professional and helpful, always greeted guests with a smile. This hotel is a must so near beach and a 10 mins...

「Location dalla quale si posso raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 15-20 Min le vicine harmanite e e central beach a Sozopol. Appena metti piede fuori dalla struttura ci sono praticamente tutti i servizi, negozi, bar, ristoranti e negozi per fare shopping. Camera e pulizia della camera impeccabili. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Unico appunto, ma dipende da gusti personali, il fatto che c' è rumore fino a notte dato che sotto l'hotel c'è il passeggio dei turisti.」

「Hôtel correct en lui même MAIS inséré dans un immense complexe assez laid. Il est situé en bordure de plage après le parking et la route! La photo qui montre l’hôtel en vue aérienne n’est pas conforme et doit dater! Cette partie de la côte est défigurée par des complexes hôteliers affreux !!」

「El hotel está a bien. La playa está muy cerca. La habitación con vistas al mar y con una terraza muy amplia. La limpieza está bien. Un día han olvidado a limpiar la casa pero el resto de la estancia no ha pasado esto. La comida en el restaurante muy buena. También tienen y un parking, que está incluido. La única cosa que no nos gusta, pero esto no depende del hotel era la música muy alta, que venía de un beach bar de la playa 」

「There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again...

「Very comfortable large room. Washing machine and kitchen in room was great. The hotel is next door to a good grocery store and walking distance to a mall. Staff is very helpful.」

「This hotel charges too much money for what you get. Two of the receptionists we spoke with were pretty rude. The room was spacious but lucking in basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and drinking water (obviously no fridge). The doors were not fire doors and quite flimsy. One pillow each. Curtains didn't block out much light. Shower at the wrong time and you won't have any hot water. Breakfast was only okay.」
