"We booked the hotel because it was close to the fort sill base and because it also had a swimming pool for our kids . Website stated pool opened May 1st but got there and renovations were being done so no pool or anything . Elevators wore broken . Everything outdated . If you’re looking for a room there because you wanna stay in the casino all night then it’s a perfect choice but for kids absolutely not . We were booked to stay until May 16th but actually left on the 15th because we were so disappointed "

"The staff that had checked me in and was there when I checked out had a terrible attitude. She was the 3rd shift staff. It was the same woman on both occasions."

"I got in just before midnight on a Saturday evening. Parking was great, check in was fast, room was nice and clean. Just a few notes… there is NOT a coffee maker in the room, however they do have coffee in the lobby. Also, the microwave was on the shelf under the TV but the plug was too short to reach an outlet so I had to move the microwave to the desk/table and plug it in there. Poor planning on the renovations. But minor inconveniences really. :-) oh, one other thing…there were some soft spots in the floor so be careful where you step."

"Room was clean but overall the walls and bathtub were pretty beat up/cracked. The bed was very comfy and clean and pillows were comfy. Nothing else was nice, just ok. "
