「Staff was very helpful. Property well maintained.」

「Room was spacious and nice, but bathroom was not as clean as expected (long hair in the tub, dust on the door and shelf, debris on floor along edges of the walls). It wasn’t bad, just hadn’t been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. Air freshener in the room was quite powerful, but we’re sensitive to strong odors. Also, found it odd that there’s not an ice machine on the second floor.」

「Nothing special. Pool was not maintained. Significant water pressure problems throughout the city meant toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Front desk issued me a plunger to address the issue — was asked to return it promptly as others were likewise in need.」

「The staff were very friendly, the hotel was a little outdated. The restaurant was good, and food was good. Casino slots were a bit tight, lots of ciggarette smoke which could be smelt in the hotel. Its OK for one night but we decided to stay elsewhere on the way back thru Vicksburg.」
