"The room was filthy, sheets had stains and hairs all in them, the shower was dirty and full of hairs, the water coming out of the nozzles was brown. The hallways were filthy like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. We turned our keys in to check out, they sent me an app link to check out and I got a phone call to check out. Why 3 ways to check out? Then I was charged a late check out fee even though we checked out at 7 am, they did reimburse me but it’s still annoying they can’t get it together. The only halfway decent thing was the breakfast, nice hot biscuits and gravy. Will NEVER be back. "

"The rooms were very clean, staff was excellent! This is definitely a nicer hotel! I love the options for breakfast and dinner! My kid also really enjoyed the indoor pool!"

"The location is excellent and the staff polite and welcoming but we found cleanliness needs to be improved. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, there is dust on the corners, dust on furniture, soap scum in the shower floor, light switches had handprints, top of bedboard had black dust as well as the picture frames. I had to wipe all surfaces with Lysol wipes. The shower handle was coming off, there was hot water but very little pressure. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but they start removing items 30 minutes before it closes. The staff in the breakfast room works very hard but this morning were overwhelmed with a tour bus leaving. I think the redeeming factor of this property is the location. Free parking is a plus and you can walk to shops and restaurants. Inspite of this all, it's acceptable if you don't mind the cleanliness factor."
