"Excellent hotel in the heart of Naples, plenty of dining options, very friendly staff and service with the exception of one of the valet staff, who was very rude and inconsiderate, the other valet staff were amazing, maybe he had a bad day, but other than this small detail, I will definitely return. "Everything was amazing about this hotel until our shower started to overflow and they were in our room until 130a trying to fix it and couldnt. They did accommodate us to a different which our keys continued to fail at the door. I felt like they could have accommodated alot more for all the inconvenience."

"Everything was great. My 11 year old and I needed a room unexpectedly for an early flight. We were so happy with the accommodations. We swam in the lovely clean pool, loved the lobby and the view from the elevator. The room was so clean, and cozy, and comfortable. The airport shuttle driver drove a little less conservatively than I would but we arrived safe. A nice overall experience."
