"My stay at the Jeffers Hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, cordial, and welcoming. The premises were kept pristine, and my room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The restaurant also offered very good food. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would happily stay at the Jeffers Hotel again."

"Property was clean. Staff could have been more responsive. Towels weren’t even in our room when we checked in. Fortunately after asking the cleaning staff, they provided more towels. Also, coffee always seemed to be out in the lobby area. That needs to be addressed. Finally, some of the front desk staff didn’t appear they want to work. Not sure if it’s fatigue after a long shift, but the apparent lack of motivation needs to be addressed too."

"Liked the fan in the bathroom which prevented over steaming, so the next person using it doesn’t have to wait for the steam to clear. Large wall mirror outside the bathroom to put make-up on while other person was occupies the bathroom. Appreciated the little fridge, microwave, iron & board, & coffee maker."

"We were 2 years ago for a Nascar race. We didn't have to pay for parking., this time we had to pay $5.00. I know it's not a lot but I could somewhere else and not pay for parking. The air conditioning was nice and the fridge kept are drinks cold , when we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in NY, it wasn't. Everything else was fine."
