The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.」

「The main hallway on the first floor smelled terrible. I don’t know if it was the carpet or what. It was very strong and smelled like urine but it was too strong and too big of an area that smelled to actually be urine. There was a small trash can collecting a leak. Maybe the source of the smell? Our room was clean and no problems with our room.」
