「I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees. The lobby is charming and welcoming, as is the rooftop deck, where you can see the Chicago skyline in the distance. The rooms are nicely decorated-tasteful, not overly adorned. 「The elevator was broken all week. I had to climb flights of stairs constantly to get to my room and back. I was staying for over a week and they told me I get two bottles of water for the whole stay. Any other bottle of water was a charge. The wifi was so bad that if I wanted to do a meeting online I had to go to the lobby. The hotel has potential, looks nice in the lobby and the room is decent but they need to work on infrastructure and customer service. If I had to stay there again, I would...
