"The floors were dirty and water pressure was really low but other than that it was fine. Also, the milk at breakfast was old"

"The bathroom in the hotel room was not what we expected. Privacy offered was less than desired with a curtain separating the bathroom from the room. Even someone in the toilet was heard. The temperature in the room could not be controlled easily and the lobby and the restaurants were freezing. The Starbucks was out of muffins and all lemonades at 9:30 am. The person at the register seemed to be very unhappy with her job. We couldn’t charge the bill to our room. The Sawgrass restaurant sat us by the kitchen when we had a reservation. They mixed up our orders so we got each other’s steaks."

"I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I accidentally entered the wrong date when booking my hotel stay through Expedia. As soon as I realized the mistake, I attempted to cancel the reservation. I had also purchased the hotel protection plan and believed I would receive assistance or a refund. A representative was polite and tried to help me, but after that I never received any follow-up communication. I did not receive a phone call, email, or text message regarding the status of my request. As a result, I lost $133 for a hotel stay that I never checked into. I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed and that the protection plan did not provide the help I expected. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and it has caused me to lose confidence in using Expedia for future bookings. I would appreciate a review of my situation and an explanation of why a refund was not provided."
