"The first problem was the partying in the parking lot. Some guy kept scratching his chest and arms, like a crackhead. If it was prepaid, I would have turned around then. The front desk employee was making some clicking sounds like he was on something too. We just wanted to go to bed, get to room and it smells horrible like old stale beer. Opened the windows to sleep and get some fresh air. Construction trucks next door woke us upe earlier than wanted woth the windows open. Oh well, up early I guess. Heading out for the day we asked if someone could mop for us because it smelled and the floor was literally sticky. Came back late again, tired and keys wouldn't work. Lobby employee says he cant get our keys to work again so he'll walk us to the room to let us in but if we leave we'd have to do the same to return. Fortunately, we are exhausted and not leaving again tonight. Floor and smell is exactly the same. Nobody even peeped in there. Its a cheap place to sleep but expect nothing more than that."

"I had to cancel my reservation the bed. The bedding was stained. The room smelled dogs kept barking as we’re walking in. I checked this out. Bathroom was not clean like to know what I need to do to get a refund."

"This was an amazing stay, especially for the rate we paid. The rooms were freshly renovated it seemed, the staff was super polite and friendly. There really isn’t anything I could say as a focus area for this location other than perhaps the pool had a little bit too much chlorine it seemed, but perhaps that’s the level it needed to be at for sanitary conditions; I’m not sure, not a pool guy.. All in all of me really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious (pancake maker and they received their waffle maker as well! My three daughters and I loved it! A special shout out to the front desk staff-especially Dawayne-he was such a pleasure, and the housekeeping staff as well. Many of places we have stayed at, they are not very friendly. I have a bad habit of demagnetizing my key card for our room (keep them away from your cell phone!) and the housekeeping staff typically can’t be bothered to help me at other places we have stayed. Some of them are outright rude. Everyone at this location, including the housekeeping staff, were so polite and friendly. I cannot stress that enough-it was a really nice place to be; we stayed for the long weekend, Friday through Monday. A delight!"

"So went we got there it was the last room available and that’s ok, they told us there were no elevator cuz it was out of service, ok but they give us the four floor, I was with my 2 kids my stroller and my bags, we asking why? And she said idk it just out of order. ( next morning we saw the cleaning cure using the elevator). We got to the room the door was stuck, the television wasn’t working, the WiFi was down, we literally could watch nothing on the tv. When I call to ask what was happening with the WiFi she said idk, I think they working on the line” but with a rude attitude. We only have 2 towels. It was hard the going up to the stairs but it was a good time with my family. Even of everything my kids did like the pool. I think that was the only good thing about it."
