The place felt safe, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, had a mini fridge, TV, there was a ice machine on our floor, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. Also, the air conditioning was fantastic! I like to sleep in an igloo and that AC has the capabilities and definitely delivered. Oh, and there is a decent Applebee's next door to the hotel that is in literal walking distance. I can't remember what time we got there but I...

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Our room had a pull out sofa. Two of the children were going to sleep there but there were no extra blankets or pillows for this “bed”. We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am. I understand this is an extended stay hotel but providing linens for a pull...
