「The hotel was clean, we only had 2 issues. The first was not their fault, the power went out at 9 on Friday and was off for 1.5 hours. No one answered the phone downstairs to let us know what was happening. The second was that we were on the 3rd floor and there was absolutely no hot water to be had. 」

「There was a bad smell upon our arrival, loud noise with kids next door, one chair in the room and there were two of us, bathroom faucet drain only open with your hands in the dirty water, no outlet at the bed, only on one side. No clock. We will not stay there again. Staff okay 」

「Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived to check in. Even though the staff was excellent, just wasn’t able to use much of anything. It’s a good thing the property is getting renovated, the lobby is in bad shape and all the furniture was clearly worn out. 」
