「My biggest complaint is they dont tell you there's a time limit on your deposit. I have 6 kids and the babysitter needed us earlier than expected so I forgot my cash deposit. When I realized the error the manager REFUSED to give me the deposit back. What kind of hotel needs their guest's deposits so badly that they cant return them? Bad business. 👎 The hot tub stopped working during our stay too! 」

「This Hampton Inn is the oldest one I have ever seen. The rooms and hallways are very dark. The furniture and bathrooms are outdated. I expected a certain level of quality which was sadly lacking. 」

「酒店位于市中心，去林肯故居公园、博物馆等都很方便，酒店只提供简单的早餐，所以期望值不要太高。我们是三人入住预订，可是房间里只有二套毛巾，和前台说需要补一套毛巾，满口答应，并承诺马上送到房间，结果我们去超市购物回来仍然没有送到，只能自己去楼下讨要，不太满意。房间老旧，有味道，先生过敏了，只能服药睡觉。房间里没有USB接口，请一定要自配插头，否则没办法充电，千万别忘记！」

「The room was very small, and the sink was placed right next to the bed, which was a really poor layout. The bathroom was extremely cramped as well. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.」
