「Overall this hotel was good, but not our favourite on this trip. The service and staff were wonderful but the fact that a 5 star hotel like this does not offer air conditioning was surprising. We know Europe is mixed on air conditioning but this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, with modern amenities. With a heat wave during our stay this was uncomfortable.
