"So the pool was nasty, they keep the lights off so you can’t see how the cloudy the water is. Beds were uncomfortable. "

He stands behind a plastic barrier ( COVID is over, or is there that much security needed)and speaks which is hard to understand. Next day needed extra key (Wednesday) and was met with middle aged man who couldn't be more friendly. However really enjoyed the cabin."

"Great location for the hot springs. This historic hotel is right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants & shops, right over the bridge. The hotel has a great restaurant located in the lobby offering a wide array of food & beverages. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Property is spacious. Room was very clean. Heater and water temperature worked great. Only issue was that upon arrival, the door to my room was unlocked and the lock did not work. I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "

"The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower is in an awkward place. The shower does not have much pressure so you need to stand close to the shower head. The soap/shampoo dispenser is right at face level in the way of the shower head. It would be a much better experience to relocate the dispenser to the opposite end of the shower away from the shower head. Thank you"
