"Hard Rock Hotel Madrid was absolutely outstanding — our room was pristine, spacious, and stylishly appointed, offering every possible comfort. The check‑in was swift and seamless, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they courteously messaged us to ask when it would be convenient to come in for cleaning and to change towels and linens. The pool area is superb, very well maintained and relaxing; the only downside was the insufficient number of sunbeds — many were reserved but left unused, or the guests only showed up around 2–4 PM, which was frustrating and inconvenient."
