「This hotel is in the heart of the gas lamp district and makes it very easy to walk throughout the city to lots of restaurants, shops and amenities. The staff was extremely personable and helpful and always made a point to ask how things were and how I was enjoying my conference. This was a perfect location and style of hotel for my constant in and out to conference activities and social events.」

「It was a very nice stay with helpful staff. We did have an issue with the television in the living room which staff did help to try to resolve. Ultimately, it was not too big of an issue for us as we used the pool and went out often. We would return.」

「I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.」
