"The room was newly renovated, clean and tidy, close to the airport which is all we needed. Finishings are not top end by any means, definitely feels like a quick, cheap build hotel, but for the price it was comfortable and clean. The pillows were all mix and match and none overly comfortable, but like I said for the money it was fine"

"Don’t expect a lot of you only want to spend under $150 a night. for a budget conscious traveller. This is a very basic hotel that needs quite a bit of upgrading. However, room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Plumbing and aircon/heating works. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking. These are enough reasons for me to book again."

"Easy to find, close to the airport and city center (short Uber rides or a bit longer transit ride). The hotel was clean, but many of the finishes show their age (not everything is fully renovated as in the pictures; likely only some rooms are fully done, others only partially). However, overall we had a good stay and would stay again."

"This hotel is located right as you enter Banff, so it’s not directly in the centre of town, but we still found the location really nice. In the summer, it was about a beautiful 20-minute walk into the main town area, which we actually enjoyed. The hotel itself is really beautiful. The rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The bakery downstairs was definitely a highlight — wow! The pastries were amazing, and it was perfect for grabbing something quickly before heading out for our tours. The breakfast at the hotel was just okay in my opinion. Banff has so many lovely breakfast options throughout town, so I would definitely recommend trying some of those as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel, modern rooms, great staff, and a lovely location. I would definitely stay here again"

"Location is great When I think of a resort, I think that the accommodation would have some luxury to the room as well as the grounds would have some landscaping and gardens, complementing the property. This hotel has neither. They could also use some sound deadening between rooms, you can hear above you and beside you. The employees are very friendly. The room was clean and the linens were nice, just nothing extra. For nearly $500 per night, I expected more."
